With our mobile services, users can request several
months’ itemised bills, allocate and classify their
calls and export data for internal reporting. Gone are
the days of poring over paper bills with a fluorescent
highlighter to identify business and personal calls.

Call pre-classification based on prior months, number
dialled with in a company fleet or main office DDI
range.
Review 3 months’ spend by number dialled, and:
- allocate a category for each number (e.g. business or
personal)
- add a note for each number (e.g. recharge code or description
of who the number belongs to).
- Generate reports on itemised calls and export the data.
In subsequent months the system remembers the entries
made for each dialled number and pre-classifies the
calls. This saves the users time and allows them to
focus on classifying numbers not dialled previously.
Many companies do not realise exactly how much money
is spent on behalf of clients. Call Manager can itemise
calls by client account, identifying costs and producing
actual figures for direct recharge.
