In House Configuration
Whether your organisation has ordered a single workstation, new server or a network upgrade, all the hardware goes through a first level verification and delivery sign off process before it is passed to the pre assigned technician for the pre-installation configuration.
If ct-uk™ is successfully selected to complete a configuration and installation project for your organisation, the technician who attended the initial pre quote consultation will be assigned as the lead technician so communication can be established very quickly and carried right through to the project sign off point.
Our Configuration and Installation Services include:
Pre Site Configuration
ct-uk™ will pre-assemble and verify all the hardware, operating systems and software products at our in house PC Service Centre™. The lead technician will install all hardware operating systems and software, including formatting disk drives, installing peripheral devices and loading the selected image for operating systems and system applications. For network hardware, all module options and systems are installed and tested. After verification, equipment is shipped ready to use.
On Site Installation
At your organisation our team will assemble, install and test all equipment specified in your order, then your lead technician will complete the installation to sign off point.
User Training
Once the installation is complete, your lead technician will familiarise your staff with the basic operations of the hardware or software. Further training is available upon request.
Installation Sign Off
To ensure that the installed single workstation, new server or network upgrade meets the agreed requirements, ct-uk™ will provide a site walk of the equipment.
As an independent solutions provider, ct-uk™ will ensure all equipment recommendations are only based upon your requirements. Our advice is focused on a "best for your organisation" approach.
